Consultant Lyle called me the 19th for and upgrade.which i wanted to do instore to see devices. He convinced me it would be easier on phone. Did the uograde for huwaei psmart. I callec in same afternoon wrong device i wanted Huwaei p20light. The following morning psmart was delivered to my office. I called in to cancell and havr bn struggling to get them to collect the device since. I was told they will call i ve bn calling in everyday since. So annoyed i wanted to cancel the entire contract. If this is not sorted out this week i will go dump this sealed courier bag at your store. who also refused to return cell c CapeGate.
