I have been trying for months to clear my name with Cellc listed as late payer at bureau, was suppose to be resolved two years ago. came up this year as i am still listed been trying for months to clear my name pillar post and back, spoke to Peleswa, Shepiso was told Ayesha was going to call me back, to date nothing yet. they are a bunch o f*********** staff request me to log case number over and over. Case resolve according to them they send me a statement and not a clearance letter. no one wants to take ownership i am so glad i will not have to deal with hthem ever again. Nelly Mamotheti assisted me two years ago emailed her as well to date no respponse who are these people that is so unprofessional what happende dto customer service,
