Cell c pathetic service

1 star is to much here. ---0 will work better to rate cell c. Me and other is having the same problems regarding network internet connection. I try to connect, get messges that say no internet connection, yet my data runs out like crazy. Phone customer care, we get told it is our phones that is the issue. Settings is what is needed. In one day, phoned them like 5 x and each had the same attitude.. **** what the client say. They will talk over you, and or even just put the phone down. Got one to make a case number. Technical phoned me, the same. I am busy talking, he put the phone down.. You call this service? I am using MTN on another device. Now how is this possible that i am spending less on mtn (more expensive than cell c) (1gig a month) than cell c (so far for the month 2gig) I do the same on both phones?. Whatsapp (with bundle), play 1 online game, and use facebook lite. Both phones all background data is off? On cell c data go missing, airtime go missing. And no call is needed for that to happen. I had enough off this. Read cell c facebook page about the complains. STAY AWAY FROM CELL C.. New name for cell c should be "cell lies'. I will rather go to a network that give way less trouble. Since the day i joined mtn till now, ii had no complains about network issues.. CHEERS cell lies HELLO MTN
