Cell C pathetic service

Ported my no. from Cell C to MTN about 10 years ago. Cell C just handed me over for R250. Lawyers say I must take up with Cell C. Cell C tells me to call lawyer. Asked manager to call me back - nothing! There is no way I would have been allowed to port number if money was owing. Shocking service!
