Should not even get a 1 star rating maybe a - 5 would do for them i have been waiting now almost 2 weeks for someone from management to phone me back because apparently you cant be transferred nor do they have direct email addresses or numbers quick to reply here on hello peter but after that nothing its ridiculous.
