CELL C PATHETIC PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

very very putrid service and thats the nicest way I can put my feelings into words!!! Store AND Call Centre staff are so *********** and lazy its infuriating and everytime you're having pay .The one day its a R500 the next day when you go to process payment then its R700 ***!!! They dont even know how to allocate payments correctly you as the client must explain their statement to them, but then you as the paying customer has to just wait because no amount of tantrums or being nice can get through to stupidity or incompetence and get you what you need WHICH IS JUST A PAID UP LETTER for flip sakes. You're told a paid up letter takes 2 days then you're going on to 2 weeks and still nothing and everytime you speak to someone else who tells you a diff story thats SO STUPID!!! AAAGGHHH!! im so mad really .I've been a Cell C for 15 years if not more but this is the pits no more , YOUR SERVICE HAS BECOME PATHECTIC AND INFURIATING and all I need is a paid up flippen letter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
