Cell C PATHETIC network speeds.

I've recently signed a 2 year data contract with Cell C, after much research I found that they had the best prices, I took out the 80GB plan mainly for steaming and online gaming, unfortunately unknown to me Cell C has shocking network speeds that are almost on the point of being unusable, which is especially sad as i'm now stuck with a big monthly bill for data that i cant even use, keep in mind that I have full 4G coverage. I've now resorted to buying an MTN sim and buying prepaid data for gaming, which really grates me as i'm already paying for monthly data, With Cell C i get speeds of around 0,5MB/s where as with MTN im fetching speeds of around 20MB/S absolutely trumping Cell Cs mickey mouse network, next time id much rather pay a little more every month and go for a PROPER service provider like MTN, YOU SUCK CELL C!!!

problem still not resolved and now there are many people in my area having the same problem, once again i've had to buy data for my MTN sim as the cellc network has the same speed as that of a potato, this contract was a massive mistake and now i'm paying r500 a month for essentially nothing.

Over a year later and still nothing has been done, that's why I have given up!!!! And everyone in my area (Brakpan North) is experiencing the same problem. Now the latest problem is that the tower completely F@$Ks out and I sit without any signal at all for hours, cant make phone calls, nothing , which is great because besides the absolute useless data contract I now cant even use the minutes and phone that i pay for every month as well now which is great seen as its a business phone, Ill now have to do a sim swap with mtn just so i can use it, paying over R1000 a month for sweet f$3K all!!!! Not sure why Ive wasted my time responding to this message as i know you guys dont care and absolutely nothing will be done about it.
