Cell C - Pathetic network !! *********** consultants

I've been having problems with Cell C FOR A MONTH NOW because my phone loses mobile data coverage when I'm in Rustenburg (home) and Zinniaville (work). I've called cell c NUMEROUS TIMES and no single person has brains that can solve my problem! Ive changed my sim card into 3 different phones, it didnt work. On monday 21/10/2019 I called them again and I was put through to their technical department which couldn't help. I then went to Cell C waterfall mall outlet & did a sim swap thinking the sim was faulty .... didnt help! Today (23 Oct 19) I called again , spoke to someone and he wanted to put me through to technical department again, I refused because it's a pathetic failed experience which I've done. I demanded then that he put me through to the compensation department because I'm using this stupid cell c number for work and whenever they try to reach me via whatsapp or email, my network is off. I've cancelled the contract and I'm porting to telkom because no one there is competent enough to diagnose their OWN problem. Pathetic!
