CELL C "PATHETIC LAIRS"

I've been a Cell C customer for over 8 years now and recently I was called by one of the sales consultants that do sales telephonically offering me a simple contract. The guy sold me a 20 GB anytime data and 20 GB night data for R139 a month. I was told the SIM card would be sent to me through a courier company and the SIM would be activated upon confirmation by the courier company that I've received the SIM card and signed all relevant documents. To my surprise birthday was given 10 GB anytime data and 10 GB night data. I then call the customer service to log a query with them. I was told they had to listen to the conversation and they will get back to me. When they call me back they confirmed the guy sold me 20 GB anytime and 20 GB night data then they say the guy corrected himself later when he was reading the terms and conditions of the contract and I hardly heard what he was saying cause he was reading the TC's so quick and I couldn't hear everything he said. "In short when he said 20 GB day and 20GB night for R139" I was sold. Something needs to be done, this is not fair am even considering paying what they want for me to terminate the contract and part ways with Cell C am done with them. I should actually consider joining their competitor.
