Cell C - Pathetic in every way

I have never in my life experience such pathetic service and incompetence from any company. A previous complaint was logged on hello peter because of Cell C and the way they’ve been billing my contract. A member of the social media team called and made plenty of promises, and of cause Mr Moses Ma***eng was no different from any of the previous people we spoke too. We’ve been sending emails and since have no response. I requested to have my contract cancelled and Moses Ma***eng guanranteed this would be done, yet I’m still being billed for a month to month contract which was never agreed too ! I called a month in advanced to cancelled yet the *********** staff obviously messed up a simple instruction. Moses Ma***eng promises are as empty as the entire Cell C network and as a service provider, absolutely no service was provided. The billing is atrocious, I have 1 contract for a ****le that costs me R249 monthly yet this month has sky rocketed to over R1000 for everything I never agreed to or had cancelled. When approaching any store, none of the employees can explain why I have these charges or what they are for. Cell C is pathetic, i’d never recommended them to anyone. Me Moses Ma***eng is in the social media team, yet has done absolutely nothing he promised to do. His colleagues in the stores was just as *********** and doesn’t know their own product. Cell scores 0 out of 10 for service, quality and product. The network, employees and billing are absolutely pathetic.

I expect a resolution and of cause it’s going to take probably a year for this to be resolved as all faith has been lost in Cell C and the staff
