Cell c pathetic delivery and customer service

Hi, I won't even give cell c a one star rating, on the 14th of August 2019 cell c called me up informing me that my contract is due for an upgrade, so I upgrade to an Samsung S10 white which the consultant clearly told me he has stock of and the fone will be delivered in +- 1-5 working days, it's now 1 month 6days later and no phone, they service is pathetic, I get a call from the customer agent to do a follow up on whether I'm enjoying my new phone, the poor agent had no idea that I haven't even received my phone as yet... I call them numerous times n all they say is they don't have stock, bull**** .. The stores have stock but cell c online doesn't have stock for a month????? Seriously...
