Cell C pathetic customer service

Cell C your customer service is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I phone you to change my banking details because your app doesn't allow me to do it. I 1st have to pass 600 security questions, then your agent cannot take numbers down correctly. Finally that is right then YOU want to tell ME my banking details are incorrect & you now I must give you a 3rd party (anybody but me) so you can phone THEM to confirm MY banking details! So keep the old banking details, let the debit order bounce, switch off the phone because you choose to make life difficult for ALL!!!!
