Cell c pathetic Customer Service

I cannot believe how pathetic service I have received from cell c customer care and Cell C Greenstone Mall. I had to go to the store twice and they still couldn’t do what they said they were doing to do. And cell c 135 is so useless as she just dropped the call on me. How is cell C still in business. It’s like a circus with clowns all around. Disgusting service.
