cell c pathetic customer service

Cell c is the worst network company to have any dealings with what so ever. It took cell c one month to do a sim swap for me as my phone was ******. Once done I was debted full for the month which was on the 20 of November. Once done iv been receiving non stop calls with regards to an upgrade. The gentleman convinced me to upgrade promising better services. On the 26 of November my whole contact containing 200 mins 200 sms and 3GB of data got totally depleted. When call in I spent the whole day with half of cell c consultants unable to explain what has happened as the upgrade on there system was only suppose to be effective from the 13 of December. Yet being unable to use my sim card due to them, for the whole of November they still want to charge me. Iv requested to cancel both the contracts yet they still have excuses and different stories as to why they can cancel my contracts and now with it being a data sim my number will be cancelled as well. I find cell c totally useless and do not recommend it to anyone. There consultants, team leaders as well as head office is unable to help. Honestly if you want proper customer service and proper value for your money go to Vodacom or MTN
