Cell C pathetic - but whats new?

Have been trying to cancel a temporary number with Cell C for many months , without any success or progress. Their customer service is beyond pathetic and is obviously a reflection of their 'quality' senior management ; but as the saying goes ' a fish rots from the head '. The lack of their ability ,willingness and skills to resolve these type of problems , at team leader, supervisor and managerial level ,is astounding.
