Cell C pathetic attitude towards ******* authorisations

Cell C employee arranges a "data package" for my elderly mother without authorisation after she has given notice to migrate to another service provider. R99 per month being deducted from someone with minimal income. CELL C washes its hands from this and say cannot assist or refund.

Pathetic.

Wow, so Maropeng's kind and helpful advice to an old and defenseless pensioner is to "open a case of theft at the police"? If Cell C thinks this is the way to treat people I am most sadddened.... You want to try and offer any other maybe more helpful assistance please?

As per our records, the amount that was debited from your account was not debited by Cell C. Maropeng advised that you rather take this up with the bank or open a case of theft as the issue is not with Cell C. If this amount was debited by Cell C then the necessary credit or refund would have been prepared.

Hello Cell C PN... Your employee "Belinda" at the Worcester branch requested the 3rd party to implement the deduction. She gave the 3rd party my mother's banking and account details for them to proceed. Without my mother's knowledge, request or authorisation. This makes it a Cell C problem sir/me. The 3rd party simply says they have authorisation from Cell C, backed-up by a phone call from "Belinda" requesting this. They say we need to rresolve with Cell C as they have acted on an instruction from Cell C. How can Cell C just exonerate themeselves from this if it was your employee who acted *******ly?
