Cell C pathetic as cant call special numbers. Rude team leaders.
Cell C does not allow you to phone with free minutes to special numbers 086/087. I bought anytime minutes R50 worth for any minutes to any network but no where on their app did it say it does not include special numbers. I spoke to a very abrupt team leader Thobela Ndlovu who dropped the call and refused to have my R50 refunded or put a request into the accounts department. This is surely the worst customer service by agents and team leader ever experienced as they blatantly said they will drop the call and won't help me.

09 Jun 2020, 15:49Kindly refund me my R50 or deduct from my bill. I receive 10 000 minutes a month free. I purchased an additional R50 in order to make calls to special numbers, but the R50 purchase made was a voice call bundle, which said any network, but did not say not special numbers on your app. Kindly refund me the R50 as I did not use the 90 minutes purchased or place the credit against my contract. My request to the call center was to change the R50 purchased to airtime then to resolve this. They could not but were very rude about this. Kindly have your accounts department credit teh R50 to my contract.
