Cell C - Pathetic

28 times..... TWENTY EIGHT ..... That's how many times I've communicated with Cell C in the past two weeks for them to simply change my address and deliver my upgrade phones. TWENTY EIGHT. Today they told me they have reversed the upgrade and starting the process from scratch. What the actual...... Yet, I get SMS notifications that I'm being billed for the new upgraded contract, but they still can't even deliver the phone to me? The mind boggles. I'm so done with Cell C.
