Cell C = pathetic

Three weeks ago we asked for a Change of ownership, Nyandano (a social media agent) tried to help me and has been in contact with me. He said he is waiting for the Vetting department - FOR THREE WEEKS! I went to a cell c store in Tygerberg Cape Town, the same problem. My bother is very sick and need to sort this out asap - I'm in Cape Town and my brother is in Gauteng (we did send all the letters, ID's and everything that was needed). But clearly cell c doesn't care. unfortunately we then have to stop and cancel all the contracts. We already had to cancel one contract, because we knew that this was going to be a struggle.
