Cell c - pathetic
So since 1 March 2023 cell c has failed to locate my payment despite me getting my bank to trace the payment and sending all the information to Cell C. This has gone on for the entered month, I have called repeatedly, sent countless emails with the proof of payment as well as the email from my bank after they located the funds in cell c's nedbank account. I am reaching the point where I feel I need to persue legal action as well as make this into a public discussion using social media and go to the newspapers as this is absolutely unacceptable that cell c cannot sort this out. This is having a negative effect on my business and I expect cell c to find and allocate the payment as I have repeatedly provided all the requested information as well as getting proof from my bank that payment was made 1 March 2023
I have no faith in cell c left. I feel that there is *****ulent behavior taking place at cell c.

I have sent more emails to Cell C this month with proof of payment than I have had to send any other organisation in over 20years. Pathetic doesn't even begin to sum up what I think of cell c. As for the 24 hour turn around that's a joke I still have not received replies.
