CELL C PATHETIC

So CELL C we at the end of yet another month tomorrow being 1st June my contract with you would officially be over for a full year yet I am still battling to cancel and convert my number to a pre paid service. My line has now been suspended for a full month yet you are expecting payment from me for a service I did not use or want erespective of how long I've been battling to cancel all this because your accounts department is *********** I'm honestly at a loss as what to do next changing my number is not an option as I use this number for business which you are affecting is a very serious way. If anyone out there has any advise for me on how I would be able to resolve this issue feel free to contact me.
