Cell C pathetic
I am trying to cancel my contract but this company is trying their best not to help me. I have phone 6 times now, asking to be transferred to cancellations department, but every time when they transfer me, the call is dropped. Do they think I will not cancel and stay with this pathetic company if they can not even transfer a call ?
