cell c - pathetic

<p> </p> <p>Pathetic service, I took a 3 months early upgrade with cellc, in March, at the end of march I was billed correct, end of April my amount was doubled, I spoke to several ppl in cellc and nobody knows what the hell is going on, I had no choice but to pay the amount, because I use my number for business, how **** pathetic you guys can be, the agents blames the stores and the store advise all ok, because you are billed what you signed for as per the contract, I go around in circles with no resolution, then eventually one of the agents tell me the reason I billed so much is because I took 7 months early upgrade, since when does cellc even a flippin 7 months early upgrade so I am billed for the device as well, no she tell me I must prove or look for the contract I signed 2 years ago, this is unacceptable, you guys been to fix the problem, or I will cancel both my contracts and take this further.</p> <p> </p>
