CELL C PATHETIC
Cell C billing is PATHETIC!...on top of only average signal coverage...Wish there was a ZERO Star Rating. Even after canceling & porting away, with the Call Cntr repeatedly saying I owe nothing, they kept putting through a mystery debit order. 4 calls later fm me & the Call Cntr MANAGERS still don't know why the debits went through. MANAGERS promising to investigate & call me back. LOL! Never happens...instead their Accounts Dept have handed me over to Collections Lawyers...for R500! IF I'm forced to pay, for something which Cell C MANAGERS can't find, nor explain, I'll be lodging a Claim against their CEO in the Small Claims Court! He can't send an Attorney to that Court, as everyone named has to appear in person... then the Cell C MANAGERS will be jumping to his whip. Cell C potential Customers, "run Forrest, RUN!"
