Cell C Pathertic service

Cell C service is so poor,,,, they have called today to offer me another contract with out them having to pick up the phone that they have delivered regardless of the fact that I have cancelled,,,, did a follow up with regards to my previous complain and was new to the person I was speaking to and also advised that she can't help me as the Upgrades department is on strike,,, Now I'm sitting with an un wanted phone,,,, the advisor I have spoken to has advised to complain on hellopeter "if it helps". I cant wait for my contract to finish and port to Telkom I'm sick of Cell C

The matter has been referred to management from the Retentions department to ensure the matter is resolved.

the last time one of your consultants called they advised to send out someone to come and collect the phone up until today.... Its easy for your company to send someone out to drop a cancelled hand set but difficult for you to send someone to pick it up.
