CELL C - PAID UP LETTER REQUIRED

Financial department ???? does it even exist at cell c. Very dissapointed with the lack of customer service at cell c, i have been calling them for a paid up letter since Feb 2020! But apparently they cannot transfer me or they working from home theres every excuse in the book. As for the " we will get back to you excuses".

CELL C FINANCIAL / LEGAL DEPARTMENT I WOULD APPRECIATE SOME FEED BACK ITS BEEN A YEAR, YOU ARE HOLDING UP THINGS I NEED TO ACHIVE IN LIFE!!

I have spoken to a lovely lady by the name of lerato at your customer care department, the rest of the cell c consultants could learn a thing or two from her. I'm awaiting feed back from xoliso marilele with regards to that letter ( manager)
