Cell C paid up letter issues.

Dear Peter. Cell C is the worst service provider and I regret being their client. I settled my cellphone contract then asked for a Paid Up letter as this is for employment purposes, they are telling me I'm still in arrears and others tell me that the amount is not yet allocated. It's been a week. I escalated the matter to the superior Mr T Vilakazi from the legal department but he knocked off without even responding to my emails. To this day, they are sending me from pillar to post to just give me my paid up letter. They are ruining my employment opportunities!!!!!! I'm convinced that they don't have a proper process map in place. IT'S A ****!!! Ruining my credit score ! I
