Cell C paid up letter
I have been waiting several weeks for Cell C credit queries to respond to my emails .. I have requested a paid up letter from them even after i sent my ID several times .. They are truly unprofessional and their customer service is **********. I have called several times and not one customer service consultant knows what they are doing or they hang up. I am very upset and need assistance urgently.
