Cell c paid up letter

I had a contract with cell c from 2017 after I had upgraded in November 2019 I lost my job in 2020 March.

I was then handed over to the lawyers after I had stated I could not pay by debit order anymore but I will try n pay cash, fast forward June 2021 I get a job n I start paying again my account as I'm now paying via the lawyers. In December 2021 I paid up my outstanding balance.

I now started enquiring for my name to be cleared from March 2022, but it's now October I only got a 0 balance statement from the lawyers, I need a paid up letter from cell c now byt I'm struggling, since I was handed over again on the 18th August 2022 for an amount which I paid.

All I need is for my name to be cleared as I am now struggling to get a house because I didn't pay my cell c account.

All I'm asking for is to be assisted and my name to be cleared also to be updated on the credit bureau. It's really affecting my life and I'm begging for assistance.

As I've been calling but cell c says, I must call the lawyers but when I do they say they have sent emails letting cell c know I've paid up my account I don't know what to do anymore as I have tried everything
