Cell C P20 media deal

Hi Cell, please help. I took another contract with you guys, it's my 4th contract, I've paid up two already and the 3rd one finishes February next year, so I'm your loyal customer ever since my first phone. But now we have a situation and I fell so cheated through the lack of knowledge from your staff at LA Lucia mall.

I took the media deal P20 for 299 X24 months and not even a day later I find out its going on promotion on Friday. Guys I'm so not happy about the lack of information from your staff, only through a text from cell c I head about this.

Please guys help me out here, I'm your loyal customer, please change my contract and put it through the deal, as this is clearly something that could have been prevented at the store.
