Cell c own laws
Cell C has different standards for different people. Two years ago my contract upgrade was approved while under debt review. This week they can not upgradre the account due to being under debt review. MTN approves contracts under debt review, is the law different for different contracts. Its a service I pay for, if you dont pay they block the account. Weird service provider.
