Cell C Owes Me R14400

In 2015 I found out that Cell C was debiting my account for a service or product that I did not have.

I requested a contract from them to show me what it was that I owed them. I received the “contract” from Cell C. This is in fact a “Transfer of Contract” to L.K Baxter – See attached documents. This transfer of contract never occurred. Cell C debited me from 2005 to 2015. That is 10 years at approximately R120 per month, which equates to R14400. Cell C owes me R14400 plus damages for harassment.
