Cell C owes me over R20000 for double debiting my account!!

I have been trying to sort out this problem for months. I have made a dozens of calls and dozens of emails. I have received as many promises that it has been escalated and will be fixed. No one is responding to my emails and my claim is still unsolved.

I am desperate to sort out the ******* deductions you have made on my account. I have tried all avenues. Hello Peter is my last stop before legal. I regret signing up to work with this company. I will never recommend your service to anyone. To anyone reading this, cell C has *******ly deducted over R25 000 from my account. They have admitted that they made a mistake and have promised to correct their mistake - however they have not done anything for over 6 months. I keep getting told that its out of their hands and that they are waiting the supervisor to authorise the refund. I just want my money back. This is so unfair. Please HELP me !!
