Cell C owes me and still bills me

My contract with Cell C is being cancelled long time ago but to my surprise they still bills me and threatens to take me to the credit beareu for what i dont get it, I think Cell C admin is not doing their duty,please clear up my name as I am not a bad payer. Your service is very poor.
