CELL C OWE MONEY BUT KEEP ON DEDUCTING!!!

My husband changed his contract when he upgraded, and now for the past MONTHS he has been paying R200 more than the contract he signed for.<br> This was reported to them on several occassions, but clearly they dont think my husband is a good enough customer (WHO HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT) to resolve the matter. We keep on paying, and they still owe us money. They can't resolve complaints lodged within a few days, probably due to the Volume of complaint!!!<br> It is time Cell C starts to treat their customers fairly.
