Cell C overriding an arrangement

I am trying to talk to someone at Cell C, explaining my problem, all they do is transfer me from the one department to the other department, and then all of a sudden the voice mail will tell you that no one can assist you please phone later.<br> I need to speak to someone in Legal/Debit Order/ Account department...I am not sure!<br> I have made arrangements to pay half of my account, they took the full amount 5 days earlier than my normal debit date. Instead of R2500 they took R5000 . <br> I want to know who is in charge of overriding a Debit Order and an arrangement?<br> <br>
