Cell C overcharging

I took out a Cell C LTE A data only contact in September from the Cell C shop at The Marc. To my surprise they changed me double the amount due on the deal. I then went back to the Cell C shop from which I took out the contract and they told me to reverse the debit order. After reversing this grossly incorrect debit and paying the correct outstanding amount, they decided to block off my account.

The service from Cell C has been unacceptable and has caused significant inconveniences.
