Cell C has debited my bank account for more than is reflected at their call center. The call center cannot help.

The call centre confirmed the following amounts:
November 2019, R389.01, [my account debited R508.02]
December 2019, R408.01, [my account debited R531.15]
January 2020, should be R389,01.
