Cell C overcharged me

Hi I took wifi router with cellc on 22 november 2015 for R300pm. To my suprise they debited R2400 for those 8 days. I have been trying to call them and query this but the last feedback i got was that there is no error in that. What ****es me off more is that i called a day after taking this contract to ask the to set a R50.00 usage limit which they said they did. I am so disappointed as i have been calling and emailing them but to this date no one responds to my mails :( M

Worst customer service ever

Its 2 months now they failing to correct my package. I'm paying for wifi router wit 15GB but dont even hv the router device yet ????

Now I asked for cancellation no one even bothers to acknowledge receipt of my mail let alone respond....

Today I jus called to do the cancellation and I'm told I'm liable for cancellation fee.
*** for? Now I hv to pay for their incompetence?
