Cell C overcharge me every month!!!

I have called Cell C numerous times to ask Cell C to cap the cell phone contracts to the minimum which is R50.00. I had 3 contracts with them. I didn't renew 1 contract so now I have 2. The 1 contract is R279.00 a month and the other R389.00. If we go over the limit we should pay R329.00 and R449.00 for the most. I know I told them cap it at R50.00 when I called in to cancel the 1 contract. Everytime I have the same stupid problem and they don't seem to change it!! I call in and speak to some call centre agent who just says yes but didn't probably do anything. <br> <br> Cell C is a bad provider. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go with them. They might be cheaper but service is pathetic , they lie to the customers and signal is also a problem. I made a big mistake going with Cell C. Canceling my other contract this month as well. I will rather pay more with another network because I know what I signed up for. I won't go with Cell C because they supposedly cheaper and then get ripped of almost on monthly basis. <br> .<br>
