Cell C Overcharge and assigns you to a new contr

Cell C assigned me to another higher contract without letting me know. My Contract should go on month to month basis ( as per contract . I don't want to upgrade now As I am waiting for the new Note 5. They increased my monthly contract to R1200 per month from R400. I didn't even get a new phone but they still increased my monthly installment. <br> <br>
