CELL C OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER!!!

I took out a cell c contract in April , I have been informed that the monthly charges will be R449 per month . However I do get bills for 610 rand as this was not the case I am not using the the simcard even for calls I also tried at the beginning of the contract to keep my number and port it over to the cell c contract. that never happend I tried explaining i was being past from pillar to post. I it seems as no one could understand what I wanted Agents hung up on me as i was trying to explain this pathetic cell c !!!
