Cell C over priced Data Roll Over charges
I bought 200 GB in April 2018 and was told after 12 months I should go back to the store to extend my data to another month. This year Cell C has cancel that option of extending data to a year and introduced data Roll Over which charges me R922 for 50 GB so that I can keep my data for 30 days. This model is ridiculous, I bought my data based on the previous model. I should have been informed in advance by Cell C that they are facing out Data Extend. Now my 50GB will expire on the 14/09/2019 without any compensation or reasonable Roll Over charges.

09 Apr 2019, 09:46Your stores and webpage does not specify the charges of roll over. Do you think paying R922 for a 50GB which expires on 30 days is variable just to roll over? This charges are ridiculous, it's as good as taking a 24 months contract or once-off bundles with other service providers.
