Cell c over draft

I wish I could give cell c 0 stars. The 1 isn't even deserved. When you advise a customer that you have completed their information and/or updated the information we surely expect that to happen and not receive sms later with the incorrect information.

Cell c have caused alot of over drafts on my account because of this and they are not keen on solving my issue or compensating for this. Certain banks charge you R150 for every over draft you have. Cell c problems have educated me in overdrafts as before my account was always correct.

I'd really hope someone from cell c will get into contact to resolve this once and for all as I am not tired of dealing with this. This has been a terrible experience for me and my family. I will not be upgrading or referring your services.
