Cell C over deducting amounts from their Customers
What is going on with your billing department? My contract signed in store is not what is been debited from my bank account & that's ***** on your part. I have emailed you more than once & expect a response

If anything I now know not to take any calls from Cell C & I've made it clear that no sales department or call center is to contact me again foranything. A contract cancelled reinstated a whatsapp bundle added, all because I took the call. So now I have 2 Sim cards 2 numbers & 2 whatsapps bundle all on 1 device.... and a 24 Month + contract, lucky me. But I'll honor my contracts. Not that I have a choice... my advice is avoid taking the call block & delete
