Cell C over change customers

Yesterday, 17 July 2018 I want to change my wife micro sim to Nano sim, Cell C charge R119 while vodacom change nothing for this service. We end up not doing it.

She still have the sim card it is not like she don't have it, why customer need to pay converting sim card.

Mpho has been in contact with you to assist with this matter and explained the charges at the store level. However, you advised him that a SIM swap was done via the call center this morning.

Mpho confirmed that a credit will be passed for next months invoice, not a refund.
