Cell C over billing me for 10 months!!!
I've been on a R99 for 2 GB contract with Cell C for the past +- 3 years. For the 1st 2 years my contract never exceeded R99 per month. Since the beginning of 2015 my contract jumped to some months R587, R669, R558, R655 etc. I've contacted Cell C numerous times and complained that I am on a R99 per month ONLY package. I've emailed Cell C and complained about the overcharged amounts and believe it or not the next month my account is way more than R99 Please help.
