cell c out of data *******
I WAS CHARGED EXTRA R 291.96.EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THE SALES PERSON WHO WAS HELPING ME TO SET MY LIMIT TO ONLY R1. Now cell c can not provide me with the proof that i used the data. i want to know haw many megabytes i used out ,and when,i need proof. i also want know when my 30GB was depleted. They said they wont help me unless i pay.

07 May 2019, 23:07I called cell c. Here is what i was told.
1.My data was depleted inthe 29 April 2019
2.The charges were deducted before my monthly bundles were depleted, they said facebook and whatsapp and some websites uses airtime instead of data bundles available. How is that possible i need clarity on that.
3.They said they can't provide me with the proof if the spending because i didn't subscribe to itemized billing.
MY QUESTIONS NOW IS..
How do you expect ne to pay the charges that i know i didn't spend without a proof that i did spend it.
I want cell c to clarify why i was charged for using Facebook, whatsapp and internet while i still have monthly data available.
