Cell C or Cell ******

cell c are the biggest ****** ever, i recently took out a smart 4 gig contract with them, i was informed that i would be paying a monthly instalment of R400 p/m. i was told that if i needed to increase my data limit i could call inand it would be done. i did not call in to increase any limit, but was suprised to find that my installment for this month(feb) is going to be more than R800
