Cell C - Opens account with a ********** I.D

On 26 April 2015, I was informed about a new contract that I had apparently taken out at Cell C, I then discovered that someone has a ********** copy of my i.d document, I contacted cell c explaining that I did not take out a new contract and how could they open a new contract when they have a copy of my original i.d, they did not get back to and everytime I emailed the ***** department I received the same generic email, I was forced to close my bank account because cell c continued to debit my account for a contract that I have never taken.This is a huge hassle for me as my credit reference is getting bad.
